When we talk about “ministry,” it is important to understand what we mean and how it connects to our Parish mission. 

A ministry is an activity that we carry out to serve God in the service of others! 

In our Parish, we can think of food as a ministry that reaches people we might not have otherwise seen—parishioners, non-parishioners, Catholics, and non-Catholics alike. Everybody who comes through our door takes a piece of Holy Spirit home to their families. Our fundraisers mix people together, and they get to see who WE are. We are inviting others to Christ in all that we do, and that is a defining mission of Holy Spirit Parish. 

People are thirsty for something positive. When we take a common mission and work together—we can do amazing things!
