Though large-scale Parish events sometimes have a stand-alone registration, most events use the below form. 

• Hover your mouse over the form to see the gray scroll bar on the right-hand side of the form. You can also use the TAB key on your keyboard to move through the questions.
• You must scroll all the way down the page and hit the blue SUBMIT button for your registration to go through.
• We collect email addresses because that is the only way to ensure you receive a copy of your registration. This confirmation may go to your junk or spam folder - check there! If you've hit SUBMIT and typed in your correct email address, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Having trouble or don't have an email address? Don't stress it - just give the office a call, and they will help you get registered. 724-652-3422
